To Redeem your prize:

Add this item to your cart.
Fill out all the shipping information.
In the note section of the shopping cart: indicate the prize you won, the date, the platform (FB, IG, YOUTUBE, live class), and other info related to your prize. Also, include your screen name and identifying info if this was part of a Facebook, IG, or other social media program.
We will match your info to the info from that specific event so no funny business occurs.

Of course, the more you participate on Designer Joi Live, the more we know who you are.

Prize Rules:

Prizes are benefits or perks provided by Dress Forms Design Studio, LLC, for promotional purposes only. You are NOT entitled to anything.
Prizes and promotions may be canceled or substituted at any time.
Fabric prizes are based on current inventory and availability. A substitute will be provided if you were awarded a specific fabric that sells out between the event and fulfillment.
Prizes are NON-TRANSFERABLE.
No cash prizes will be awarded.
It is your responsibility to report your prize as income on your taxes.
Prizes may ship from third-party sources. Shipping times may vary.
Dress Forms Design Studio, LLC is not responsible for lost, damaged, or missing items. Tracking info is available in the event of an issue.
Allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. Some prizes require sponsors to send them to the studio, so shipping takes longer these days. While it is free to you, it does cost us, so please be patient.
DO NOT email asking for shipping updates until 6 weeks have passed. Due to the high volume, we are unable to respond.
