How to access your pattern:
After the order is processed the pattern block and coat workbook will be emailed directly to you from the studio. This is not an instant download. Please allow up to 48 hours for processing (excluding weekends and holidays). You will want to make sure our email is in your contact list [email protected]. Additionally, if you are having issues finding your document please check your Junk folder.
The email will state in the subject matter “Coat Pattern” and will include either separate files, or a zipped folder. Sometimes the files are sent via WeTransfer to your email. When you receive the email you will right-click the items and save to a specific file on your computer. The files do NOT automatically download when you open the email.
